Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry item. If you aren't completely happy with your purchased item. You may return the item within 30 days to receive an exchange or credit ONLY. This includes online orders and payments received by cashier checks from inmates *(does not include Items purchased as a result from a Jewelry Search)*. Item/s must be returned in the original packaging, in perfect condition and unused. You are responsible for the return shipping. 

Please be advised CDCR has 15 business days after receiving a package  to deliver it to your loved one. This does not include the weekend.

*Items purchased as a result from a Jewelry Search Are Non-refundable.*

**Vector Design Fee***This is for circular stainless steel medallions only. In order to create a design to send to a manufacturer this is the fee. Once the fee is paid and you approve the design. The manufacturer will charge a separate fee to create a sample (fee varies by manufacturer). Please send a picture of the design you want to universalworldjewelry@gmail.com. Please put your order number in the subject line. Fees are non-refundable

Instructions: 

(NOTE: Chain and pendants must color match unless approved by your DOC).

-Please provide an item number when making your order.

-Make an alternative selection in the event an item isn’t available.

-Full payment is required before shipping an item.

-Verify your religion with the Chaplin. So, returns don’t happen.

-Verify approved chain width, color and length with Chaplin; so returns don’t happen.

- If an item is returned YOU are responsible for the shipping. Which cost $5 (for one pendant and chain).
